Job Description
Support development of functional, RTD, dairy and plant-based beverages through formulation trials to optimize taste, texture and stability. Responsibilities include lab testing – pH, density, viscosity, stability studies; assisting pilot-scale trials and scale-up; researching ingredient functionality – proteins, emulsifiers, sweeteners, stabilizers; maintaining accurate documentation and technical reports; collaborating with senior scientists and cross-functional teams; and providing basic customer technical support and samples. Requires knowledge of beverage systems, lab equipment handling, attention to detail, teamwork, communication and MS Office proficiency.
