STANCO and the Client mutually agree on the Scope and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the engagement.
STANCO and the Client finalize the signup document and conduct a project kickoff, including SPOC nomination and introduction to deliverables.
STANCO identifies and addresses the infrastructure requirements based on the agreed geographies.
STANCO identifies resources based on project needs, gets them cleared by the Client, and facilitates onboarding.
STANCO manages the resources, infrastructure, and partial processes according to SLAs, working closely with the Client to scale the business.
STANCO facilitates the transfer of business to the Client as per the SLA over a period of 12 to 18 months.
