Job Description
Mandatory experience in corporate interior fit-out / commercial workplace / D&B projects. Independently execute electrical design for workplace projects – layouts, SLDs, schematics, LV distribution – MDB/SMDB/DB, load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, breaker selection, containment, lighting & small power, emergency power, transformer/DG/UPS coordination, earthing, ELV coordination, BOQ/specifications and construction documentation. Must Have: Strong expertise in load calc, SLD, LV systems, Revit MEP is plus, AutoCAD, MS Excel, multidisciplinary coordination with Architecture, Interiors, HVAC, Fire Protection, PHE, BIM/Navisworks, NBC/IS/IEC compliance, quality checks & value engineering.
