• 15–25+ years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 5–7 years in a CFO or Deputy CFO role.
• Strong exposure to group-level financial management, consolidated reporting, and investment planning.
• Experience in debt and equity fundraising, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and tax planning.
• Proven leadership in building and mentoring finance teams.
• Preferably CA-qualified, with an MBA in Finance or equivalent as a plus.
• Background in conglomerates, large infrastructure, real estate, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
