Key Competencies

  • A degree in Law (LLB) is advantageous.
  • Approximately 3–4 years in corporate secretarial functions, preferably within listed companies.

Job Description

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines.
  • Board & Committee Support: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and maintain statutory records.
  • Corporate Governance: Implement best practices to uphold transparency and accountability within the organization.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely disclosures and reports.
  • Policy Development: Assist in formulating and updating internal policies in line with regulatory changes.
  • Training & Advisory: Provide guidance to the board and management on corporate governance and compliance matters.
