Key Competencies

• Minimum 5 years in a similar EHS management role with hands-on experience implementing and managing EHS programs in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of legal and group EHS compliance requirements.

Job Description

• Identify and manage EHS risks within the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and group mandatory requirements.
• Develop and implement mid-term and annual EHS programs and action plans tailored to plant needs.
• Conduct EHS training, audits, and coaching to enhance safety awareness.
• Lead accident/incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure timely reporting of key EHS indicators, including accidents, environmental data, and fire safety metrics.
• Contribute actively to sustainability goals such as CO₂ neutrality and EGS/CSR reporting.
