• Lead process optimization initiatives to reduce costs and enhance efficiency using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage engineering projects ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, quality, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
