Key Competencies

16 to 25 years of experience in basic and detailed engineering for combined cycle and cogeneration (Cogen) plants. Proven experience as an Owner’s Engineer (OE) or EPC consultant.

Job Description

• Lead basic and detailed engineering activities for combined cycle and cogeneration plants.
• Prepare and review Heat and Mass Balance Diagrams (HMBD).
• Develop and validate Power Cycle P&IDs for steam, feedwater, and condensate systems.
• Conduct sizing calculations for power cycle equipment including HP/LP bypass, BFP, CEP, condenser, etc.
• Prepare detailed equipment specifications for steam turbines, boilers, and associated systems.
• Conduct and evaluate Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) for major mechanical equipment.
• Independently review vendor drawings and documentation for major equipment (Boilers, TG sets).
• Evaluate and approve overall plot plans and equipment layouts.
• Interface with other engineering disciplines and lead a team of design engineers.
