Key Competencies

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and custom applications. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs. Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and procedures. Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring data integrity and access controls. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams.


Job Description

3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Experience with ServiceNow CMS/ESS Portal. Experience with CMDB, LDAP, SSO, and integration with enterprise systems. ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
